Biography
Born in Angleton, Texas on September 9th 1955. Attended Angleton and Sweeny Independent School Districts.
Joined the U.S. Army in 1972 and served six years in the Transportation and the 49th. Armored Division Military Police Corps. Texas National Guard.
Recognized and classified as a U.S. Cold War and Vietnam Era Veteran by the United States Government.
After Honorable discharge from the Armed Forces served one year working with Texas Department of Corrections as a field Officer.
In January of 1979, began Law Enforcement Career by attending the Brazosport College Police Academy.
Currently serving the City of Galena Park Police Department for over fifteen years. Four years as Assistant Chief- the last eight years as Chief.
Attended Sam Houston State University Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute Texas Police Chief Leadership Series 2001,2003,2005,2007.
